Make your very own set of Corndogs with this fun free crochet pattern!

Notes:

• Made with worsted weight yarn
• ****The corn dogs are worked in continuous rounds

Terminology:

Ch                Chain

St                Stitch

sc                Single crochet

Inc                Increase, 2 sc in the same space

Dec                Decrease, single crochet 2 together

BLO                Black loop only

FLO                Front loop only

You will need:

US 4 mm hook (any size will be okay, but this is what the picture is made in. Size of hooks determine the size!)

Beige Yarn

White Yarn

Red Yarn

Yellow yarn

Light yellow Yarn

Yarn needle for sewing

Stitch marker

Fiberfill for stuffing

Pattern

Corn Dog (Make 3, or however many you can eat! 😀

Begin in beige

Rnd 1: 6 Single crochet in Magic Ring (6)

Rnd 2: [Inc] around (12)

Rnd 3: [Sc, Inc] around (18)

Rnd 4: [Sc 2, Inc] around (24)

Rnd 5-26: Sc around (24) ***While working, continue stuffing firmly

Rnd 27: [Sc 2, Dec] around (18)

Rnd 28: [Sc, Dec] around (12)

Rnd 29: [Dec] around (6)

Rnd 30-44: Switch to White, Sc around (6) **Stuff firmly

Finish off and leave tail to close

Ketchup and Mustard (On actual Corndog, Make 1 of each)

Ch 28

Sc into second chain from hook, sc across (27)

Finish off and leave long tail for sewing

 

Fries (Make 6-8)

Begin in Light Yellow

Ch23

DC in 3rd chain from hook. Dc in each stitch across. They should naturally curl!

Ketchup/ Mustard cup

Begin in white

Rnd 1: 6 Single crochet in Magic Ring (6)

Rnd 2: [Inc] around (12)

Rnd 3: [Sc, Inc] around (18)

Rnd 4: [Sc 2, Inc] around (24)

Rnd 5: [Sc 3, Inc] around (30)

Rnd 6: [Sc 4, Inc] around (36)

Rnd 7: Sc in BLO (36)

Rnd 8-11: Sc around (Both loops) (36)

Rnd 12: Sc in FLO (36)

Rnd 13: Sc around (36)

Finish off

 

Ketchup and/or Mustard (top layer for cup)

Rnd 1: 6 Single crochet in Magic Ring (6)

Rnd 2: [Inc] around (12)

Rnd 3: [Sc, Inc] around (18)

Rnd 4: [Sc 2, Inc] around (24)

Rnd 5: [Sc 3, Inc] around (30)

Rnd 6: [Sc 4, Inc] around (36)

Finish off and leave tail for sewing

With the cup already made, attach these into the Black loops!
