I’m publicly saying it; I am a firm believer that “aliens” exist. Maybe not the normal depiction of what aliens are portrayed as, but I really do think there is other life out there. This universe is way too big for our little planet to be the only ones who had this opportunity. I don’t really have too much of an idea of what their UFO (or transportation) would look like, but here is a quick and mini version of your typical UFO!
This mini UFO works up quickly and is worked in the continuous round. They are perfect for any loved ones in your life who love aliens (I actually have someone in mind whom i’m giving this to!) I can’t wait to see your colony of UFO’s!

Vanna’s Choice from Lion Brand Yarn
- 1 Skein in Grey
- 1 skein in white
- Any colors for the lights!
4mm hook
Darning Needle
Scissors
Stitch Marker
Gauge: Exact gauge is not needed for this project.
Abbreviations:
Ch – Chain
Sc – Single Crochet
Inc – Increase
Hdc – Half Double Crochet
Rep- Repeat
( ) – number of stitches at the end of the round

Rnd 2: *Inc* around (12)
Rnd 3: *Sc, Inc* around (18)
Rnd 4: *Sc 2, Inc* around (24)
Rnd 5: *Sc 3, Inc* around (30)
Rnd 6: *Sc 4, Inc* around (36)
Rnd 7: *Sc 4, Dec* around (30)
Rnd 8: *Sc 3, Dec* around (24)

Finish off and stuff firmly!
Top of UFO
Rnd 1: 6 sc into Magic Ring (6)

Finish off and leave tail for sewing
Brim
With white yarn, pull up your yarn through the center of the round and Sc surface crochet around! Sl st into last stitch.
Sew on the top of the UFO and embroider the “lights” on to both halves of the UFO and you are completed!
