Okay I just need to talk out loud for a second – when I was growing up, Halloween only seemed like an October thing. We set up, had fun, and took it all down in the span of the entire month. And then it seemed like Halloween had a little more prep time? It always seemed like such a fleeting holiday.

Now, I am not sure what quite happened but it seems like Halloween Spooky season is an entire part of the year! I see my stats going up for Halloween patterns and I see crafters already starting their festive projects on my feeds as early as August?! I can’t believe it!

I have nothing against this in the slightest – I love spooky season and I am glad it’s coming earlier and earlier for us all. So to get into the mood, you can find my round-up post of 11 of my Halloween themed crochet patterns! Most of these are FREE but a few paid exclusive patterns!
