The zombies are out to play this spooky season but that doesn’t always mean they are humanoids – they can also take the shape of animals and bugs! in this case, it’s a Zombee! Get it? ZomBEE.

You can add this easy and beginner friendly project to your list of fall makes! Down below is the free pattern to get staretd on your very own zombie bumblebee. You should be able to finish this project in one sitting and it is a perfect gift for your loved ones as well as a cute little home decor piece.
Materials:
Lion Brand Basic Stitch! (Any worsted weight yarn will do)
(Will need other colors if you choose to embroider!)
Abbreviations:
Ch – chain
Sc – Single Crochet
Sl st – slip stitch
FLO – Front Loop Only
FO – Finish off
Dimensions
Width –2.5″ inches
Length – 3″ inches

Rnd 2: *Inc* around (12)
Rnd 3: *Sc, Inc* around (18)
Rnd 4: *Sc 2, Inc* around (24)
Rnd 5: *Sc 3, Inc* around (30)
Switch to Black
Rnd 6 – 8: Sc around (30)
Switch to Green
Rnd 9 – 11: Sc around (30)
Switch to Black
Rnd 12 – 14: Sc around (30)
Switch to Green
Rnd 15: Sc around (30)
Rnd 16: *Sc 3, dec* around (24)
Make sure to add your safety eye in before you lose your chance as well as stuffing your project!

Here is how I embroidered the face – you can either do the same thing or create your own!
Wings
Rnd 1: 6 Single crochet into Magic Ring (6)
Rnd 2: *Inc* around (12)
Rnd 3 – 4: Sc around (12)
Finish off and leave tail for sewing
Assembly
Now that you have all the pieces to your doll, all you need to do is sew on the wings up top and you are completed!
