Now that you have all three individual pieces to the tree, it’s time to add on the white edging! To do so, pull your white yarn through the first stitch where you worked in the BLO (Rounds 12, 10, and 8, respectively) and ch 1. Work along the brim in sc.
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”989″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”990″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
Do this along all three pieces!
Now, you can sew the pieces together starting with the biggest piece on the bottom and the smallest on top.
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”991″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”992″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
Once you have all three pieces sewn together, you can add on the garland!
Pull the red yarn through any white edging stitch and ch 12.
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”993″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”994″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
Skip 5 stitches and sc into the 6th stitch. Ch 12 once again and continue all the way until you reach the first chain.
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”995″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”996″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
For the top portions, use the same technique, but ch 10, and anchor the garland every 7th stitch!
Now, its time add the Christmas lights( bobbles ) on the bottom portion!
(To begin, cut a long piece orange and aqua strand of yarn. Pull your yarn through any green body stitch and sc (to make it less tight, ch 2!)[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”997″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”998″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
Now, through the same stitch you just pulled through, yarn over and begin a DC. With your 3 loops, yarn over and pull through like you would the first part of a DC. Leave two loops on the hook.
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”999″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1000″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
Do this 3 more times in the same stitch (4 dc total). When you have all 5 loops ready, pull through all at once.
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1001″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1002″ img_size=”large” alignment=”right”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
After pulling through, sl st in the same stitch you’ve been working in. Pull your yarn all the way through (this is why you cut it initially) and repeat with more long strands of orange.
Switch to aqua and repeat!
For the top of the tree, make a pompom with your aqua and blue orange and sew to the top!
The last steps to finish Eve are to make a pompom to attach to the top of the tree and embroider the face!
